Titus 2 Academy Registration Agreement
Purpose: The purpose of this school, Titus 2 Academy, is to provide legal covering and academic support to homeschool families across the state of Tennessee.
Membership Entitlement: Members shall be entitled to the following:
- All services the school provides, including reporting attendance to the BOE as required by law, sending records requests to previous school(s) and entering all records in G.A.P. (our online record keeping system), access to various forms
- Academic counseling calls, emails and/or texts
- Recommendations tailored to individual needs
- Webinars, podcasts, and additional resources as provided
- Free online record keeping system access
Membership Term: Membership is annual and should be renewed by August 1st of each school year.
**The Registration fee is $125 per family.**
Termination: The Board of Directors may terminate a membership early if the member violates this agreement. Early termination by either party does not qualify for reimbursement.
Liability: Members acknowledge that Titus 2 Academy provides advice and will not hold the team liable for the outcomes of their recommendations. Members are expected to be honest and respectful towards the academic counselors assisting them and all members of the school staff.
Confidentiality: Titus 2 Academy will keep all private information provided by members confidential. Information and recommendations provided by the counseling team to a specific family are not intended as general guidelines for other members or homeschoolers. The advice given to a particular member may be tailored specifically to that individual.
Agreement Acknowledgment: By proceeding with this registration, the member acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined above.
